Hey Seth

Hey Seth, How about Death?
http://abandcalleddeath.com/

Maybe a showing of the documentary and/or the band perform?
930, even U Hall or Lincoln? (they show DC listed, but it's really Silver Spring…Baltimore later this fall) Would be cool to see films at 930 – haven't seen any since the 930 doc.

Thanks!

A Silversun Pickups show would be nice.  I do not believe they have played a proper D.C. date since the release of their third album, just a truncated set at DC101's Chili Cook-Off.

they played 930 last october. cloud nothings opened, who have a new album coming out and probably deserve a proper headlining show this time around  ;)
Shit.  :(  Slipped right by me.

Lineup sounds nice.

i only remember because that was the night of swans, cloud nothings, and nats game 5.

i picked the most tragic of events to attend.
And Jens Lekman played earlier that night. Jens>Hawk and a Hacksaw>Swans was actually a smooth transition.
Lee Fields.

He tore it up at Sound Bites.
Any chance you could get Richard Thompson to play at the Lincoln Th.?  Seems like a perfect show for that setting.

He's doing some solo acoustic shows this fall on the the east coast.

Also, Thompson said on his website that he would bring his electric trio to the east coast (where they have not yet played headlining shows this tour) if he could line up enough gigs.
thanx very much for Sparks Seth

props on the reasonable ticket price..

Or, if available, they could open for Marky Ramone. I saw the documentary and Marky brought them out to open for him as one of their (if not first) reunited as Death shows.
Reignwolf, please!
Any chance you could book Television?

Is it Television without Richard Lloyd?
The first US Pixies date was released.  Any chance of an area one?
