I think it's been announced for a week or 2. I think I may check that one out. A friend of mine was raving about them to me, and I trust his taste.

Hmm, can't buy tickets yet on there though? Is that normal for the black cat? I've only seen 2 small shows there

DAR or Strathmore could sell well, esp. if you put him with a younger singer/songwriter like Rufus Wainwright.

I don't think you can buy tickets in advance for back stage shows…you just show up, first come first serve. But generally they don't sell out.

Good points. But still, I just don't think the general concert going public gives a hoot about Leonard Cohen. He's a cult classic, but most people don't know who he is. Hell, if Lou Fuckin Reed is only doing the 9:30 Club, I don't see Leonard Cohen filling Merriweather or DAR (your two original assertions).

with aphex twin being added to coachella (still enough not to get me to go back), is it time to bring up bringing him back to the 930 club again? it's probably been a week since anyone mentioned it.
