Yes, please.  I'd definitely participate in this for the CA shows.
The Chemical Brothers are playing in LA this summer, any chance that show can come to the club or MPP?

Seconded.

Seconded.  Especially since it sounded like a lot of behind the scenes stuff had to happen to get this show out there.

3rded…
Also thought that it was awesome that the club helped out some Welshmen in need as they thanked the club on stage for providing Sound/lights/side stage support when it sounds like their crew couldn't get a visa or something

This is kinda META for those of us who are your Facebook friends.
I seem to remember Nomeansno playing Rock and Roll Hotel when the place first opened. I do not think they have been around since. I bummed I didn't go to that show.

they play together a lot.. saw them at the warner..its like a pullin' session… both with acoustic guitars on stage…lyle plays a song…john tells a story…john plays a song..lyle tells a story…lyle plays a song etc…obviously they accompany each other

i love lyle…chatted with him once after a wolftrap show backstage….what a cool cat…
^^^^ I saw a Robert Earl Keen/Lyle Lovett show a couple years ago, same format…. it was pretty great!!

Between this and Manic Street Preachers, I'm just floored that I'm getting to see two of my favorite bands in the same year that I have loved for 20+ years at my favorite concert venue. In my wildest dreams I didn't expect this. Thank you so much!
You are, the wind beneath, my wings, Seth . . . For dead milk, men.  love you, gurl.
L7 is expanding their reunion tour.  They are back in the USA in September after a short European excursion.
I told seth a long time ago that if faith no more and l7 played the club . . . I would get married inside the 930.  faith no more went to merriweather, but for l7, the offer could be put back into place.
