Wow that was fast. Now if only he could book one of the bands I've been half-jokingly asking for in this thread.
Come on…how can you say "no" to
this?

Weezer is playing the 24th in New York, and the 26th in New Jersey. I highly doubt if a DC date can be squeezed into that.
I'm very surprised to not see a DC date in that tour schedule.

I think the drummer of that band or look alike with same style opened for the boredoms at the 930 club earlier this year.

He sure did.
And it was awesome.
I lost one of my earplugs right as he was going on (was standing up front) and found it stuck in between a couple cables after he finished.

Seth, can you see if a Weezer date is available in and/or around the fall dates? I prefer the club to host - would be very fun.
Separately, although I might not be going to VFest, I want to commend you and everyone involved at the many options provided to get tickets - especially the "green" method - clever & conscientious.

Seth, I really wish the Charm City Roller Girls weren't listed as "Performance Art" on the Virgin Fest flyers. I'm grateful you allow us come year after year, but we're a sport. Come skate with us sometime…or even watch and you'd realize that. Thanks.

May I suggest a cheaper Virgin Fest ticket price for those people who come late (after 6 pm)?

Hey Seth!
What, if anything, is going on at the club September 27th and 28th? I find it hard to believe that the club would be dark that Saturday.

more along the lines of "sports entertainment"
Solid gold.
Thanks for the wonderful vendor experience at V-Fest. Jason Williams and Amy did a great job.

hey seth -
APW did something cool that maybe VFest could consider: the DJ tent kept going after the bands stopped playing on the main stages. this gave folks a place to hang out while they waited out the post-show rush. not sure what noise laws are like around pimlico, but maybe just one sound system would be do-able?

on the topic of Weezer…anyone have any idea what the password for the presale is? Specifically the Vancouver show. It just so happens they're playing while I'll be there. THanks!

Listening to the reissue of "Only Life", I put in another request for the Feelies. What a GREAT band.

Hey Seth,
I noticed that Nine Inch Nails are playing Charlottesville,VA on November 5th and their next date is in New Hampshire on November 8th. So I guess what I'm asking is NIN in DC in between those dates? Please! I know they just played the V-fest, and that was a brilliant performance and night, but it has left me and my friends wanting more. I really hope you can get them back here ASAP! Okay that is all :)
