Ah, so you can fully relate to how perturbed I can sometimes get with some of the DC locals expecting you and I to always forfeit shows for their convenience. ;) It's always us who are expected to do all of the schlepping.
Hey Seth
Hey Seth,
Is it too early to request that you book Grinderman (Nick Cave's new band) when they tour presumably in the spring of 2007?
Thanks,
Ed

Hey Seth,
Normally we all come to this thread to beg for stuff. For once, I'll be one to come here and give you a break. For once, we'll do you a favor.
Whatever you do, don't go out of your way to sell Incubus tickets to any board members. Leave us out of this one.

Thanks for the Mastodon show.

(no, that's not a request for Yes, it's a "please" for Air)

Yes please!
Originally posted by vansmack:At least the hit-making lineup. I think Perry came later. Journey started as a jazz-rock offshoot of Santana, IIRC.

Of Montreal are at the Troc in philly on 3/8. They packed the state theater pretty well last summer; bet they could get close to filling up the club.
Originally posted by azaghal1981:no, i'm pretty sure Of Montreal could sell out the 930.

seth, when you have a moment, please add them to my "please please please" list.
Another vote for The Dears, I'd love to see them. Same with Explosions in the Sky.
Also, any chance of booking The Frames when they tour this spring?
