It is probably too late for this request anyway, but is there any chance of IMP presenting a local Roger Waters show?
Now that the live earth thing is not happening in DC, he is not playing in the area at all. It seems like there may be some open dates on his schedule right before live earth on 7/7/07 in New York.
He played the area last year, but it was the same night as Virgin Fest, so lots of people in the area didn't get to see it and would I'm sure jump at the chance.

If Silverchair were to play the states again, I'd imagine they'd be joining Live at that fairfax generic bands of the 90s that nobody cares about anymore fest or whatever it's called.

Sunn 0))) and Earth are playing a few gigs together out on the west coast in early july. How about throwing Boris on that bill and bringing them out here?

Is the White Stripes show at the Patriot Center an IMP production? If it isn't, please ignore the remainder of this posting.

If it is… I just received word from the White Stripes mailing list that Grinderman is opening for the White Stripes at Madison Square Garden on July 26th. That's just two days before the show at the Patriot Center. Could you please persuade Grinderman to stay here in the U.S. for a couple more days and perform at the Patriot Center as well? Thanks!
