no, but you know the connection. i just think the show's expensive and i'm trying to come up with a reason for the high price.
Hey Seth,

What's the deal with tickets for some shows (specifically, Bright Eyes and Snow Patrol) going on sale at Tickets.com before they are announced on the main 9:30 site?

Is this a band decision? Or, a club decision? If it is the latter, what is the thinking behind it?

Thanks.
digable planets?

pretty please?
we don't just put everything on sale as soon as it's booked or it would just be too much

but sometimes the bands ask us to get it going before we have our onsale so they can offer it to their fan clubs etc
Theres a new SLEATER-KINNEY album coming in May. So, hopefully theyll be back at the 9:30!

Also book Divison of Laura Lee and Bjork when you get the chance. Thanks

PS: also reunite Paul and Ringo and get them.

PS2: also bring back Jim Morrison from the dead and get him too.
The Chemical Brothers are playing Central Park in September…bring 'em to DC! 2 nights at the 9:30! COME ON!! :)
fight Daniel Brindley and charge $5 for people to watch
yeah, Seth. You missed the chance to beat him to a pulp when he played your club last Friday night. Did he bring his own security guard? Do you need a personal trainer to get ready for the bout?

Any word on Brendan Benson coming to DC? A couple of tours so far and no show in the area…
Just talked to a contact at Astralwerks, who said that it is likely the Chemical Brothers are coming to DC after the NY gig. HELL YEAH!!!
i hope they play firestarter.
Who will fight him? I don't know any man who is in his 120 lb weight class.
