He look alike a man.
I know it's lame to reply to one's own poast, but I just read that the actress who portrayed "Ms.Swann" on MADTV based the character on Bjork.

actually, it doesn't. if you buy tickets to see various shows and you see those shows, then you have received what you paid for. the forum is a free service that is at best ancillary to any price of admission. as such, it creates no expectation upon which you can claim any entitlement, particularly one pertaining to the content of speech. i spend an obscene amount of money at the restaurant galileo. i do not consequently think the establishment should install an admission policy so i can dine solely with the like-minded.

moreover, your suggestion that a woman would be more sensitive to the concerns of children and the internet is presumptuous, sexist and the brand of stunted thinking that perpetuates the gender divide. my opinion.

now if you were kidding, this is a gross overreaction and i apologize. but if you were serious, i hope you will continue posting your opinions just like everyone else. the marketplace of ideas is a beautiful thing – tits, cocks, intellectual high horses and all.

Apparently they changed singers again since the album was cut but the touring singer also plays saxaphone. It should be interesting. The new album is great. Not so much downtempo or trip-hop. They are evolving a bit.
okey dokey then…

Skye has a solo album in the works

Condescension thy name is Urbansprite…and the next time you eat at that crappy restaurant, Galileo, I hope they're discussing anal sex, blow jobs and fisting at the next table…but then you're not concerned about "like-minded" diners or any crap like that.

And, when your fifteen year old daughter posts her photo - and then info about where she can be found jamming at a suburban open mike with her buds - on a website with "itellectual high horses" and you complain, I hope someone tells you to shut-up cause it's all so funny, free speech and all…hahahah. Ain't diversity grand?
FYI that picture was deleted promptly when the user requested it… and i certainly hope that any 15 year old uses myspace is already pretty worldly

did someone just use the word "thy" in a phrase and then whine about being condescended to? pretty funny.

i personally think it would be hilarious to listen in on a conversation about fisting in galileo. in fact, it might make the night.

as for my 15 year old daughter, her existence would be more shocking to me than her activity on the internet. but that would probably be because i would anticipate the reality of the internet in her life and deal with it. censorship doesn't protect kids. the law says kids can't drink until 21, but most have been wasted by 13. how many boys under 18 have had porn under their mattresses through the decades notwithstanding laws to keep it out of their hands? i'd be more worried about teaching my kid how to handle herself under certain circumstances than trying to keep the circumstances away from her, because while the former is no doubt very hard, the latter is impossible.

that's just general commentary. i can't speak to a specific incident that may have happened on this or any other site that i don't know about. but it sounds like if something did happen, the gentlemen took care of it.

finally, i'll admit any day that i am a bit precious when it comes to the first amendment. hell, that's something i'd go to war about if it were threatened.
