I think he's playing the theater at MSG. The list of dates I saw had the capacity of the venue listed also most were 2K-5K with some execptions (Hollywood Bowl).

Could we get another Wilco/Roots show at Merriweather? That was one of my favorite shows ever.

Any chance of getting Dead Meadow for the opening slot on the Wolfmother gig?

Kings of Leon would be a great show to have at the club. I saw that they just announced a US tour and that they have two off days between North Carolina and New York:

Sat 06/02/07 Asheville, NC Orange Peel
Tue 06/05/07 New York, NY Roseland Ballroom

And if you do, could you announce it before tickets sell out? I'd sleep on Wolfmother by themselves, but a Wolfmother/Dead Meadow combo would slay.

Hey Seth, how about another Sonic Youth show? Last summers shows were fantastic and we'd love them back at the club, especially since they're playing Daydream Nation on some U.S. dates. :)

Aren't you same guy who claims he went to the UK to see Kylie Minogue? But you can't get off your ass to go to one of the MANY shows Amy Winehouse has done/will do only hours away from DC? Please if you're going to explode do it in VA or MD, we have enough shit in DC, though I know Seth is sleepless with dread of your coming to pieces whilst working tirelessly to lure Amy Winehouse with a fee of open bar so she can grace the shrine to her you're trying to erect up on 9th & V.

Her album is selling decent and will probably enter top 10 this week. I think it would be a good show that is all. Maybe they should trap her with some liquor or beer.

I think the Amy Winehouse CD is really good. I think there still are tickets available for her Philly show.

Booka Shade are coming back to the states in may; their NYC and Chicago shows this time around have gotten nothing but great reviews. How about getting them this upcoming time around?

How about the Chemical Brothers? They're in the process of finalizing US dates. A show at the 9:30 would be divine (thank GOD they can't go to Nation anymore). God forbid they play at DAR.
