Hey Seth

Seth, my only request for Freefest: more carnival rides  ;D

Drinking my beer, listening to music and riding a ferris wheel was definitely a highlight last year. I'm a simple person.
Hey Seth,

THanks for another year of the free festival. The free event is appreciated.
no Portishead DC date :(
Hey Seth,

Thanks for a great freefest lineup!
I agree with the others.  Thanks for the very nice FreeFest lineup.  :)

(P.S. A Laura Marling D.C. show in the near future, please please please.)
Also want to say that I LOVE the freefest lineup.  Thanks so much for putting this together.
I'll add another voice to the chorus. Thanks, Seth! This lineup exceeded my expectations. It'll be a great day of music.

along with TD, any chance you could poach M83 and/or Twin Shadow from Moogfest?

Would make for a nice double bill.

would make an AWESOME double bill - two great acts with complementary sounds.  unfortunately we got the worse outcome: separate shows, neither at the 930.

LOL.  that hadn't occurred to me.  very good point… if true, it's marketing genius.
props on this quote!

"My first reaction was are you kidding me? Why are you asking me? Have you stopped scalping tickets, and of course the answer was no," Hurwitz said. "That's like Peta sponsoring a Ted Nugent tour. With a taxidermy business on the side, for animals killed the 'right' way. It's absurd."

Hey Seth.. once again, Hum have dusted off the amps and are going to play a few shows in the Fall.. including one on September 10th that they're being criptic about.

Are they a late add for FreeFest?!?!

If not, any chance you can make a pass at getting them out here.
