So in other words it is OK to know about cheating and take advantage of it as long as you do not actively participate in the actual cheating events since it was not written in the CBA that you can't cheat without being penalized.  Well we know what views the judge subscribes to.
I think the judge more subscribes to the belief that there is no evidence cheating occurred in the first place nor that Tom Brady knew anything about it AND EVEN IF THERE WAS AND HE DID the collectively bargained punishment for that is a $25,000 fine not a 4 game suspension.

You are 100% mistaken.  His ruling specifically stated that he ruled the way he did because the CBA did not tell players if you have knowledge of cheating and don't speak up you can get punished.

I used to love watching this show…  When I was a kid I could never figure out why the dispatcher would always tell them that there was a 'cedar mam' at the scene.  I guess I though it was code for a white guy.  I have no idea how long it took me to realize she was saying 'see the man' or 'see a man'.  DOH!

Not this Doc Night. There was only one of him. If this was some kind of gag I get it but if not then I am talking about the local musician, leader of The Hypnotix (among other things). Not some Documentary Night at AFI or whatever.
Serena Williams' attempt at a calendar year Grand Slam

300-1 underdog beat her!

I believe he was going for a 3 Dog Night joke, to which I'm ashamed to admit that I did chuckle a bit at…

you know what I love about tennis . . . people will get all excited about this person who beat serena, and then this person will get destroyed 1000 sets to 0, in the next round.

They play 3 sets in women's tennis, Julian, but since it's best of three, she'll lose 2 sets to 0 in the next round by Walkie's calculations.
The very idea that a thing known as "Walkie's calculations" is a thing that exists is both sexilicious and disquieting
It,s, Stephen Hawking, approved.
