Just rewatched Barry Lyndon for the first time in twenty years last week so weird coincidence. Is Julian the zeitgeist? PEOPLE ARE TALKING.

Oh man! Nice guy…got my record signed for me by taking it in to bus parked outside 930. I think it helped that I knew who he was

Damn ..poor Lydon…both wife and best friend within so little time of each other

Theres an entire generation that know him from Brooklyn 99 who’d be stunned by his work on Homicide. A really talented dude.
Kinda like Trey?

somehow missed this one

Del-Lords was a great live band.  Caught them a bunch in the early 80's in Boston (as well as the Del Fuegos).  RIP

ketamine, with a side of drowning, coronary artery disease and an opioid.
I was given ketamine during a hospital stay almost ten years ago now…it’s one hell of a drug….I was given it for pain after a car t-boned into me and broke a lot of my bones….anyways at one point I did begin to hallucinate and at another point became convinced they were trying to kill me….scary stuff

I hear it’s a popular drug for club goers… blows my mind.

What a legacy Joseph Amp Fiddler has, played with George Clinton for numerous year, recorded with Prince, Moodymann, Sly and Robbie, Maxwell, Jamiroquai, etc  Is credit with mentoring Dilla and introducing him to Q-Tip.

I'm most familiar with his most recent work especially this record with Detroit based Will Sessions.
