I know, I want to say I saw them there too, but Setlist.fm isn't providing the deets on that

The wheels just fell off with Plastic Fang for whatever reason…they never recovered.. I actually think it’s their Exile on Main Street album in its LP incarnation with four more songs…it’s produced by Steve Jordan currently Stones drummer (and Wino) and like Exile even has a Dr John appearance
I think Acme was  the beginning of the end, PF was the end (I actually got some plastic fangs somewhere that I got with purchase)Acme had some good tracks, but really was kind of a dud too

things were looking good to for JSBX around 95-97 with all the Beastie/Beck/Dub Narcotic SS associations
the experimental remixes and then the RL Burnside stuff
they seemed poised to break

I don't think I've listened to the legendary Exile album (guess that's Pussy Galore, not JSBX), but really didn't get into Exile since the pandemic started, so if I did hear it, it meant nothing.  Guess I need to track that down

Meat and Bone had potential, and they started touring like crazy again, but by that time, the audience and music had just moved past them.  Obviously three year world wide touring didn't really pay the bills or get the fans to show up

does suck for me and their 11 fans :(

The hit makers were fun, but not really a 'must see show' IMO
Yeah you might be right…Acme was the beginning of the end… then Plastic Fang sold ten copies

Gotta say loyalty is not Americans strong suit… in other countries fans are fans for life… here it’s like five years at most

As you can see, interest is rapidly declining in peanut butter jelly time. if these trends continue, we could see peanut butter jelly time come to an end

Fuck drugs.
Maybe drugs killed him maybe not

Nothing released so far proves anything

I mean the substances being listed - some of them- are medical in nature…and I doubt pot is lethal…listing anti depressants!? And why is this our business anyways?

I think it’s lame the Colombian investigation released this info…they should have waited to conclude investigation

The reports have been all over the place from he called with chest pains to they saw powder that “looked” like coke..

Of course when you die in Colombia one thinks…

But I just feel bad for his kids and loved ones…and Grohl (and band mates..)

Dying away from the US also makes the whole thing even more hard..for his loved ones…

Bruh. He had pot, tricyclic antidepressants (highly abused because of it makes people ‘sleepy’), benzos and opioids in his system “among 10 different drugs.” He died from drugs. Don’t be obtuse.

Being in Colombia ain’t got nothing to do with it.
