Sad.

Must be one of the three argentines that most distinguished himself musically along with Piazzolla and Argerich.

Americans may not know him by name but he did the music for many American tv shows (Mission impossible, etc) , movies (so so many), and was Dizzy’s musical director/pianist in the 60s. Did so much and with success.

I have one of his CDs autographed somewhere in the pit.

Very well known among Americans born before 1980.
