Saw a couple good Coolie stories but this one is very good

Remember when Coolio did a gig in Preston, ran into a group of random students outside afterwards and went back to their place, where he made Caprese Salad, Chicken á la Daaaamn and Peach Crumble, and they jammed Gangster's Paradise. What a guy.

There is a picture of him cooking in the thread

and here is a link to the entire video

this ones is also pretty good…

Both the initial post with the video and the a clarification on the legend…

"RIP Coolio. Never forget his appearance on Irish daytime chatshow Open House, who, legend has it, booked him by mistake. They hadn't arranged backing dancers, so he made the middle-age production crew dress up and do it instead. Best TV ever.'

"Correction from replies “I was part of the production team on this. #Coolio was NOT booked by mistake. But the producer misheard at a meeting and thought we'd booked Julio (Iglesias). Upon being set straight he uttered the immortal words: "Coolio? Who the f**k is Coolio?"

bummer, did any of you catch her shows at the Lincoln?

Can't believe Jules didn't chime in on my pic of the Scott H bench with a "did frank turner die!'
ICON. QUEEN. LEGEND. FOREVER.

I saw one show at Lincoln. Incredible. Her brother, was "interesting."

Hadn't thought of any such thing before now, but now that you've mentioned it, convenient benches for sitting and taking a load off one's orthopedic-shoe-supported feet seems very on-brand for Frank Turner fans.
