Liquid to the very top and possibly overflowing or is it approximately 1/2 inch from the lip

For starters, if that GIF had been the announcement of his passing, it would have been automatically in the pantheon of all time greatest 9:30 posts.
Anyhow, it led me to think how the hell did he not win Best Supporting Actor Oscar for that? Well, the run of movies from 1982-85 was quite the era for movies, 82 and 83 in particular.
Also, my head would have exploded if he died in Los Angeles in 2019.

We were in Bologna in 2017 and they were having a screening of one of his films and an in person appearance in one of the big town squares. I was surprised he was still alive and as spry as he was.
