My third favorite Ruth from my youth.

I had three bus drivers when I was in secondary school, two of them women. Both were named Ruth.

Also, in junior high, the study hall monitor was named "Ann." In senior high, the study hall monitor was also named "Ann", but a different person. They shared the  SAME last name. That last name is also MY last name (as far as I know, none of us were related, though it's possible the two of them could have been.) My name is not totally uncommon, but it sure ain't as common as Smith or Rodriguez. (If you know it, please respect my privacy and don't type it here). How's that for fucking weird?

But anyway, I digress. Dr. Ruth, a life well lived. RIP.
