the missus works for a global food & bev company, and is a choco-holic, so the imminent demise of the chocolate industry has been a regular topic of conversion/doom-chat in the sweetcell household for a while now.  at some point cacao will join the ranks of caviar (someone please notify JA)

We've been stockpiling the purest of beans for years. Every couple of months we all get together to decide what commodity to monopolize and make scarce and who will win the next awards show. What did you think was causing this? Natural market forces!? lol
