Former NYC mayor David Dinkins.

I once ran into him on the street when getting off the Staten Island Ferry. I also once saw Ed Koch attending the same movie I was (The Cook, the Thief, His Wife and Her Lover.) Not on the same visit to NYC.

Never saw Rudy, thankfully.

These were taken in Japan January 1982 on a tour by his then team Boca Juniors(coincidentally my favorite club)..after the game

Right after this he was sold to Barcelona…

this is the modern-day equivalent to "i don't understand how a man could be in love with another man".
