Another perfect weather for Swans day. The day they played the cat was gloomy and gross as well. Seeing Swans on a bright sunny day would just not feel right.
god fuCKING DAMN our basement fucking flooded took out 100 of my lps and its still wet under there.i vacummned with some vacumn thing i bought at home depot but by then water had spread…. what a royal pain in the ass.. and i fuckin missed my sergent garcia concert for which i had a ticket..i am so fuckin pissed.


man its a struggle lately.. when its not one thing its another..


i miss living 10 blocks from the 930 in a 6th floor condo without a care in the world.

too bad seth didn't book them for freefest..they'd have done it too as the trip from north carolina was very doable..
Yes, Guided By Voices at the Hopscotch festival.  Not sure if you know this or not but this was their final show forever.  Now we all know how that goes but that's what it was billed as.  So it was a big deal.

If it was their final show forever I can live with that too as their 930 show was great and I've seen them a bunch going back to 95…I'll look for your videos!

i got very little video at the 930 club last year… maybe 20 minutes…and dodgy..but i did get all five to autograph my alien lanes LP!  ;D
