How was this? I prefer these things in a football stadium over baseball from being at both.
Seeing "Book of Mormom" on Wednesday night weather permitting.
Did anyone see Miniature Tigers at DC9 on Tuesday? They were great. Sex on the Regular is such a great tune. Looking forward to their future stuff.

Bear Hands was pretty good too. Most of the crowd was there for Bear Hands, because a significant number of people left by the time Miniature Tigers took the stage.

Who gives a shit? The NHL bled stadium hockey to death. No wonder no one heard about this, everyone is oversaturated with stadium hockey.

was weather permitting . . . and how was it?  i would like to see that show, for i have not had a night out in such a long while, and seeing how im attempting to up my work load, i doubt i will see the light of day any time soon.
Thursday - Doubleheader of Smoke Bellow at Mobtown for a Microshow; then heading over to the Ottobar for Boister/J Robbins/SoftEyes

Sunday - Marissa Nadler/Terence Hannum (of Locrian)/the Sterling Brothers at Metro Gallery
Saw Throwing Muses w/ Tanya Donelly on Saturday night at the Bowery Ballroom. First time I got to see a show there. LOVED the venue. Really cool place to see a show. The Muses show was really good but boy did that audience put the booze away. It was nice to see Kristin and Tanya on the stage together.
Wednesday - nothing/holy tongues/crimson wave at the Gold Bar; Dope Body/Roomrunner/Greys at the Crown (Doubleheader, hopefully I can catch as much as possible.  They might stagger the sets like they did a few weeks back)

Friday - probably going to Krill at Dunes then head over for Cigarette at Comet

Saturday - probably doing to Forest Swords/How to Dress Well at U St.  Possibly heading over to New Bums/Palehound at Comet afterwards, but might not.
boo.
Sorry.
you really, are, to blame.
I will never understand how people will choose seeing a concert over hanging out with myself and Walkie and yelling home alone quotes at MacCauley Culkin. Never.
For an eight minute set?

Thats cool too. In honor of My Girl I've strongly thought about releasing a thousand live bees mid-concert.
Still say they should screen Party Monster on the backstage after.

Sorry just saw this.  It was funny a lot.  But I think I liked the songs over the whole plot of the thing.  I listened to the original broadway cast recording and I would say I think the touring cast sang the songs better except for the leading female role which I think the original cast sounded better.
