Sorry to be out of town for this! Quesada is a genius
This week rollcall
I'll be at Adrian Quesada.
Kosmo, say hi if you recognize me after all these years.
Hutch, it just seems like we'll never meet!

Is this just by chance or very careful planning?

It’s been a long time since we attended same show but in the olden days Space would post after shows that he’d seen me but not said hi.
I think our musical tastes have diverged a bit and we don’t go to that many shows anymore? Although September is going to be crazy for me with six shows.

I think I saw someone once or twice who met your self-description (tall, thin, dark hair, Jeff Goldblum looking, carrying a tote bag full of albums for artist to sign) who I thought maybe that's Hutch but I'll feel like an idiot if I walk up to him and say "Hi are you Hutch" and having him say no… Turned out it probably was you.
I've been to Kosmo's freaking house and I don't know if I'd be able to pick him out in a crowd. Maybe a small club like Pearl Street I will.
I have this show and possibly one other later this month. Though my wife is making me feel terrible for going to a show the week we bring our kid to college. I did beg both of them to go to the show with me…so not sure if our tastes diverged or if I just don't go to as many shows are some boardies (my wife tells me live music is a waste of my time so my one or two a month are still contentious business.)
I want to say there was a luna show that I met space at Ice House and thought Hutch was there, maybe that was the early one and he was like "they are playing chinatown and I'm not coming to the door to bring you your ticket"

I did meet you at Ice House. Hutch wasn't there. I think he was at the Luna show itself, but not Ice House.
And, no offense, I have no memory of what *you* looked like. Then again, I probably wouldn't be able to pick Britta Phillips out in a crowd.
That tracks…. I always try to go direct to show venue…
I was there too dudes!

my better half decided they would rather see James instead of Pulp, so I have a spare if anyone is interested. there is a lengthy NDA involved in order to hang with me.

So you have an extra for Pulp, not James? By the way, what was the original face price for James?

likely around $45 she's taking a friend so no extra there

Yeah, I'm on the James train too but am being cheap with the resale market. I'll probably get shut out.
I'm glad to see James doing so well on this tour as they were stuck doing those lousy co-headlining tours so this means likely future tours from them here.
I have a friend who was trying to offload face James tix if someone is interested

I tried to PM you about this but your inbox is full.
It’s weird…James has played the area over a dozen times. Pulp is a once in a lifetime gig, the greatest Brit pop band, etc. Can’t wait. Set list from last nights pulp US tour opener looks stellar.
