This week rollcall

I miss Jimmy Scott. He doesn't play around here so I'm going to NYC to see two of his shows…

Matmos moved to Baltimore so they'll play around here…

Are you going to Dead Science?

You're skipping Matmos? Weak!

That's gonna be a loooooong day.
Gave some of the Dead Science album a listen last night (or was it two nights ago?). Still on the fence.

Oh wait…Dead Science is Friday isn't it?

I'll be down there already for fleet Foxes so I might as well do both.

You know DS won't start until way after FF are done.
This week:
Sonic Circuits wednesday
Fleet Foxes and maybe Sonic Circuits friday
Sonic Circuits saturday
Nick Cave and (time permitting) Skull Defekts next sunday
I know. I don't have a ticket for Fleet Foxes but not sure I wanted to go anyway after seeing them last time (once is enough with this band I think). I'll go to John Prine, but it's expensive…maybe Dead Science afterwards if I'm not too tired.

Yeah I was saying that in the sense that I could probably do both FF and Dead Science.
Yeah, true. I think I'll do Glasvegas, then Dead Science. Enjoy Fleet Foxezzzz.

Chromeo on Saturday! Whoop whoop!

thursday: The Sarah Palin Train Wreck Show, on tv. should be awesome.
saturday: would go to madonna @ IZOD in NJ if i could get reasonably priced tickets (score a few points with the missus), otherwise it will probably be oxford collapse playing for free in princeton.

Don't pretend like you don't want to see Madge in Jersey! Don't put it all on the missus, there's some Sweetcell love for Madonna!!!

Oh, and honestly, there WILL be reasonably priced tickets available. I guarantee it. Just show up at the IZOD Center.
azaghal, why didn't you go to Juan Maclean? Aren't you a fan? It was a great show (they did a super extended version of Happy House, maybe 20 minutes of it). Nancy from LCDSS did vocals. It was quite empty though (maybe less than 30 people in the mainstage) and probably the only chance you'll ever see ixkpd do his diva dance moves out in the open.
Wow I thought they would've gotten a much bigger turnout.
Wed: Echo & The Bunnymen
weekend: NY Film Festival - The Changeling, The Wrestler and some talk with Darren Aronofsky
