ok, I can see the confusion
the scooter hutch rode (as I can only assume it's been ridden only once) is a two-wheel push scooter
The scooter friends I know tend to ride 150-200CC two stroke Italian beauties from the 60s and 70s and require a motorcycle endorsement
and are known to show up at ska shows
