This week rollcall

Fans in South America are so rabid and passionate I would expect they would coax a few extra songs out of Nick

Surprised there was No Mercy Seat in LA.  I'd love them to really mix it up and go with deep cuts.  If they aren't going to do that though, Mercy Seat is kind of a must have for me.
This is like a 2nd leg of the last album, so the songs are quite similar…
I think he is growing his crowd so a set full of deep cuts just isn’t in the cards…but most people won’t have heard the songs from skeleton and there are one or two deep cuts…personally I think he should retire into my arms but the rest is fine

I'm with you on Into My Arms (but I feel that way about all of Boatman's).

I feel like the last five times I've seen them the setlists have been pretty similar.  Always a great show, and I'm going back tomorrow, but he's got a lot of great songs that I'd love to hear.  Obviously, tomorrow won't be the night.
Identical setlist….

I guess you could argue 7 songs from last two records and one deep cut…. i agree though some of these old classics could at least be rotated
Anyone want two free tickets to the descendents at Fillmore let me know…I can email them and transfer them to you…
Lee Scratch Perry at Rock and Roll Hotel.  Should be interesting.
Nicholas Edward Cave and a group of individuals that go by the moniker The Bad Seeds

PM me if you are interested in preshow drinks in a boat across from the anthem
Not gonna make it Mr. Cave; going to go to They Might be Giants in Balmor on Friday though. Pre-show drinks overlooking Mr. Trash Wheel!

Team Coco Friday - thanks dot

I'm hoping to play the secondary market on Elvis.

Maybe if he got cancer or something it would make it more imperative to see him.

Cancer jokes; always funny Space.
Then take a look 'Cause here me and KG come naked… Out of the sidehatch.

This next band asked me to read this: "Caution: The surgeon general of rock warns that viewing this band is equal to 29 orgasms." Here they are, Tenacious D.

"Warning. If you want your asses blown out, stay in the room."

Doing this show the next night in Richmond. Probably just showing up for Saves The Day though since I don't *get* Kevin Devine no matter how many good bands he opens for/is friends with.

I think I saw him open for someone 15 years ago and seemingly had that same thought. Amazed he's still around.
