Whew, great show! I love "Wall of Sound" bands but my ears are buzzing this morning. Also, I know Tone have been around forever but the last time I saw them was 11 years ago. I'm old.
I thought Caspian were kind of a letdown. Couldn't hear much variation between songs and eventually, they all started blending together. Oddly enough, I thought they sounded great on record.

Tone were more enjoyable and diverse. Didn't they have two drummers at one point?
Caspian were alright. I had difficulty distinguishing one song from another.

TONE were amazing, though…so it wasn't a night wasted.

Great!  Thanks for the info.

How was dam funk? Did anyone go?
Monday - Rival Schools at Ottobar
Talk Normal were very good. Paper Sun is a nice space.

Gondola, Sounds of Kaleidoscope and Kohoutek all played very well. I bet all will be even tighter by the end of their tour.
tonight: was hoping to catch Janelle Monae at the BC, but it's sold out :(  if anyone has an extra, please let me know.

wednesday: Air @ 930.  i'm psyched for this show, anyone else?
Definitely pysched for Air but disappointed I have to miss it due to travel. I like AM as well and have been trying to see him for a couple years. I won't be able to catch Air on the rest of their tour. Sure hope they consider touring again in the fall. Glad they are coming to the club, tho….sigh.
Tonight- Megadeth

Wednesday- Air

Saturday- Anvil
Air – Assuming I'm not working. Look for the dork in a suit if I can make it.
