the new no.2 has great potential…they were quite good.

I want a 2 hour Heartless Bastards set……sigh…….they are probably my favorite opener of this year.

I want azagh to comment on wolfmother's set.

but that was just pillow talk right?
He's just playing hard to get. ;)
I, for one, am shocked and appalled.  Joe changing his opinion of a band to match the general consensus?  Outrageous.  This is a man of high moral caliber and a strong personal opinion of music.  Outrageous.

Thanks for the gag reflex.
this Friday hopefully I can catch Thrushes set in Baltimore.
Unrelated: has there been any discussion about the 11/20 show by The Numbers Band at the Velvet?

wow, someone cares about the numbers band? and it's not BookerT or azaghal?

i'm really excited to be playing with the numbers band. these guys should have been bigger.  their ohio shows are legendary.

relaxer, are you familiar with the styrenes? the classic cleveland art-punk band? i'm booking a tour for them in april.

You're skipping Jandek again? That's kind of a surprise.

Low key music week:
Mon: Swell Season
Wed: WPA at Barns (if anyone wants a ticket to their show on Tuesday at RHT I have an extra. Or, two extra for their show at the Barns. After I bought, I signed up to work the shows so I rec'd comp.)
Yeah, really wanted to go, but forgot we'll be out of town.  Again.  Oh well…
