I thought you lived in Seattle, or did they open a Union Transfer in Seattle?

I thought stevewizzle -> Carlos Spicyweiner -> fart sound? Or did I not connect the dots correctly? I'm sorry, it is a known fact that I am dumb.

Bad cold causing me to miss Chapman/Walker and making me a sad panda. :( Gonna try to tough it out for The Arkestra tomorrow.
:D sorry don't know how to delete!

I'm considering Deerhunter? Thoughts???
Isn't that in like December?
They put on a worthwhile show.

I know it's considered a classic, but I don't think it's held up too well over the years.  A bit too long and the story drags at times. Walken is great; De Niro is always solid.
Saturday:
Lickinghole 2nd Anniversary Celebration
Richmond Folk Festival

I will probably be at the Folk festival for some part of the day that does not overlap with the Michigan/Northwestern game (3:30-7).

A lot of my beer snob friends swear by LCCB. Have fun at that, they're releasing. . . something special. . . from what I surmise through facebook statuses.

We're shooting for 7-9:30 for the folk festival, but timing depends on preceding events. We'll look for you and Big Bertha. You look for the two old white people with their one kid. Probably wouldn't see too many people like that at a folk festival.

I've never actually had any LH beers, but the reviews from other beer snobs are, like you said, very good. And they're having free pumpkin and sunflower picking, our kid will be into that.

You'll stick out like a sore thumb.

be sure to wear a cardigan and bring your NPR tote bag  (although have a book and not a record in it)

My tote bag is from n+1 and I will be reading Steinbeck.
Going to the Her Records takeover tonight at Zeba Bar. Was just telling my friend how we'd never get a show that cool/underground in the current DC dance music scene. Low and behold she did some searching and they are here tonight. I guess that shows me. Don't have much faith that there will be a lot of people, but the DJs are sick so I hope they can pull some people out! Super stoked.
Saturday - Cassette Store Day!!!! Also; Yours Ever Truly, Height, Softeyes, Chasing Verity matinee show at Metropolitan Kitchen in Annapolis (though I will probably aim to just catch Height and Softeyes)
