Is there anyway of knowing when Built to Spill starts tonight? It's an early show with three openers, doors at 5:30. Pretty disorienting…

Anyone want to be my plus one for Lady at the Howard Theatre? Although it will be interesting as one of the two main vocalists have left at this point.
Also DJ the J Roddy Walston and The Business show and attending the early Toad The Wet Sprocket show same evening.

Ugh, I was going to be at the show but something else came up. I can't believe it's not sold out either. Be sure to stand next to the speakers. The show they played at The National is still on one of my favorites.

Kevin Shields on where to stand at a show: "Honestly, just in front of the sound guy I guess. (Laughs.) It just depends on the venue, really. A lot of venues the desk is in the back, and the "sweet
spot" is about ten feet in front of that. So… in the middle?"
I was in the balcony at Roseland and in front at The National. Wouldn't mind having a third perspective.

I am down to stand by the sound guy.
I'll see if I can spot you. I'll be wearing these:

I think Joe is going too. Ottobar is close to my work, so I might be there early too.
