Band of Horses tonite for me.

didn't we just agree that BoH have aged poorly?
Well, Yada said that in response to me posting this. Not sure we came to an agreement.

How was the show? I'd be all in for a 9:30 Band of Horses show.

who needs a Yo La Tengo ticket in Wilmington?

That’s very kind of you. I really wish I felt up to the drive but was out late. Will be a great show.

I went to the new Songbyrd location last night near Union Market for Indigo De Souza.  This new location cuts my commute by 25 minutes (old location was in Adams Morgan), has better sightlines, better sound, and plenty of free street parking. The only problem is that there's hardly any shows I want to see there in the near future…

And for the pregamers in the crowd, only a five minute drive from Other Half DC.

It was OK. I'd seen them before – if you've seen them once, you've seen them in 2021. My wife makes an emotional connection between The Funeral and something in her life so that's moreso why I turn up seeing Band of Horses every 18 months when they play The National.

The opener girl – Faline – was actually really good. On Spotify.

OH FUCK - you've really stepped in it now…

do you realize how divisive a statement that is?  the week-starts-on-monday clan will never forgive you… you should go into hiding for a while.

days of the week = SRS BIZNIZ
