Hmmm I guess not? I paid full face via artist presale…
David Byrne

$pa¢e'd
I was working but it looked and sounded better than the last time he played anthem which I think  was a top 5 show. This is the show to find your way in if you can. No opener and goes on at 8.

And he did a Paramore cover last night!

Dude, you're the OG. I literally got the secondary market idea from you.

Respek
Iggy tonight. Not sure how this is going to feel compared to David Byrne. So I guess the last Iggy show in DC was Stooges at 9:30 in 2007? Wow.
Polar opposite

Last night you felt like a bottom. Tonight, you'll feel like a top.

Yes, I was there…one of my top 10 shows. I had an extra ticket and couldn’t get anyone to come or buy the ticket…this is when it began to dawn on me I needed new friends
What are we thinking for set times tonight?

site lists 6:30 doors, 8PM start…I think iggy will come on around 9
based on all the advertising I've seen in my feed, I think it will be a lot of people, but not even close to sold out
So good capacity IMO

I'm pretty much all top, but I don't care for labels. Too limiting.

weird, googled both bands, checked bandsintown and news
but found it now

I'm always a little surprised with Paul's name recognition how poorly he does sales wise
I saw him do a fun set in DC a few years ago, the club was smaller than the Atlantis
kinda thought it was a favor to the club at the time
but I guess the people who regularly go to EDM type shows think he's the EDM version of Train? (although bad example as they sell out sheds)

I might take that ticket if it's still up for grabs
