Wlico tickets are down to as low as $23 on Stubhub now….that's $29ish with fees.

$23, no fees on Seatgeek.

Just think of all of the ounces of beer you could've purchased with those savings!

I've already overspent by $13. That's like a case of Yuengling, right?

$16.99 plus tax!  :)
Who's got two thumbs up and a FREE Wilco ticket

well not that guy….but love it
Upriise just hooked me up with a free ticket to the show …so $10 tickets will most likely be had if you want them

I'm sooo bummed to be missing that epic half-time show.
Maybe jeff tweedy will take a break and we can all watch it on the moitors

Don't sleep on Steve Gunn, he's more exciting than Wilco at this point (however, I'm.sure his mix will be awful in an empty room).

Good to know…had planned on skipping
I never win anything

I'd say getting good free hardcover books is like winning something
and having direct access to Bob Boilen's tiny desk…seems like winning too

Hey, that's a good point! USA USA
I might walk down to the Hotel tonight to see the Loud Boyz. I saw them open up for someone or other and remember them being really fun. That kind of rawkin music is pretty much can't-go-wrong for me.

My neighborhood is inundated with those Free Little Library Boxes and I have found so much gold in the last three months:
[li]First edition, hardcover (with notable typo) Infinite Jest[/li]
    [li]Autographed edition of The Goldfinch[/li]
[li]Hardcover edition of A Visit From The Goon Squad[/li]
[li]A ton of hardcover Roth novels[/li]

WHO IS DISCARDING THESE ITEMS!?!?!?!
Holy crap, I've noticed that too. Those things have sprung up all over Capitol Hill in the past year, it's amazing.

I dug them at a festival.  I definitely would see them again.

So this is an album tour for Star Wars (their meh new album not the movie)

all shows have them going from track 1-11 at show opener
Yikes…might actually come late as I have a seat ( I know that is lame, especially since they've been a top band of mine for 20 years)

But come on, play 6 or 7 songs from the new album, interspersed between your other songs
That's totatlly OK, but this is kinda lame IMO

Has anyone given this album a second listen since it came out?

Good thing is they are doing 25-30 songs a night with some good stuff from the back catalog
Give back the keys and We've been Had would be sweet
and lots from Being There and Summertheet

Could almost catch the superbowl and show up at song 12

I had the same opinion when i went to see Wilco on the A Ghost is Born tour. Now it's one of my favorite Wilco albums many year later.

In their defense, the entire Star Wars album is  only 33:46 in length.

I'm not a fan of the album, but critics ate it up. And Patterson Hood said it was their best studio album.
Yeah, I saw that 2005 tour (at the Berkeley Greek…one of my favorite outdoor venues)
and they did play 9 of the 12 songs…but they interspersed it with the other albums and didn't just play 1-9 off the album

And Ghost is born is on of their best (and last good) albums IMO

Yeah they are fun. I will enjoy seeing them again at the DC Brau thing. They used to have a different line up and were called Warchild I think.
boy sidehatch.,,you a real fan,,WTF?? Seriously?

If you don't even want to give their new album a chance in a live context why are you even going? To hear Heavy Metal Drummer for the 15th time?

Go for the whole fuckin' show, like  a man,
