I was going to go see the Pietasters free show yesterday. but was too tired. Instead, watched Love, Simon with wife and daughter.

Clutch's Earth Rocker Fest in wild n' wonderful Inwood West Virginia Saturday! Eyehategod, Corrosion of Conformity and Zakk Wylde will also be there. Should be a fun time except for all the Juggalos.

I was going to skip out of work and go to the afternoon session of the Citi Open, but it looks like rain…

don't follow this stuff at all, but was curious as I'm about a mile from there
did you see Benoit Paire got a $16,500 fine for being a sore loser and smashing and tossing his racket

John Hiatt is already working in the Youtube video theme song for this.

Maybe against my better judgement, but I'll be at Phish on Sunday.

Listen we are down to single digits in terms of active boardies and we can’t take any chances…
I nominate Yada or Walkie to chaperone Keetebug at Phish…we all know about her history with Phish and don’t want her to be recaptured by the cult

What's the deal with lyft/uber for MPP? I'm considering that as an option for the Sunday show.
I'm not sure how you can't have a little bit of fun, but prepare for a sold out shit show. I'm taking my dad to his first Phish show on Saturday!

lyft/uber works the same in columbia as pretty much anywhere else!

I'm not really sure what sort of insight you'd want past that, Yada. If it helps, I stayed a hotel a few miles from MPP once and Uber'ed to the entrance by the mall. Then, post show, I walked to a bar by the mall and called an Uber from there. It went smoothly. I would not try having an uber drop me off/pick me up from the parking lot, use the mall entrance.

A bit more helpful than K8, thanks.
But yeah, 20k spun, partying people with multiple roads closed, entrances changed, new dumb parking rules at MPP is a bit tougher than a 20% sold Belle and Sebastian show where people were sipping seltzer all night.
I was just curious if there was a solidified option that wouldn't be a disaster.

Sorry, thought you were asking if there was lyft/uber in Columbia. I would walk up to Hickory Ridge/Martin Road and get a ride from that intersection. The driver can just turn right onto Brokenland Parkway and hit up 29 South from there.
