I think I'm done with the club this year.


Plenty of good stuff elsewhere on tap for me in dec, though.

You should come out Tuesday! I can't speak for EofDM, but the Duke Spirit put on a great show. Which is why my sister is so upset.

didnt make ambulance on friday night.

sondre was really good. he was playing a bunch of new stuff that will be out on his new album. his new ep - pumpkin polaroid party - has some gems (just like lazenby) on it including a random polaroid photo of him and/or his friends that come with each EP. he played a few songs with sylvie lewis (the opener) and she had an amazing voice. so it was a good combo. sondre was quite chatty and since Brooklyn is his new home, he was beyond happy to be playing in new york again.

i had just seen him a few months before in a real small place so i definitely missed the intimacy of it all, but this set was still as great. id love to see him with the faces down one of these days.

Noa Babayof added to that thursday Velvet show.
Doing that and Bardo Pond at Talking Head on saturday.
