Bob Dylan and Willie Nelson at Outlaw Festival on the 14th

I expect this to be the last time I see these absolute Gods of Music. I cannot imagine having lived my life without either of them. Excited about Bob’s crazy Outlaw set lists. Assuming Willie is closing show? Only time I ever saw Bob not close was when he played Nissan Pavillion in I want to say 98 and Paul Simon closed. Paul was so good that night…

Correct…Willie is the closer.

Sunday, September 14, 2025
Merriweather Post Pavilion, Columbia, MD
Willie Nelson: 9:50 PM – 10:50 PM
Bob Dylan 8:05 PM – 9:20 PM
Sheryl Crow 6:20 PM – 7:35 PM
Waxahatchee 4:55 PM – 5:55PM
Madeline Edwards 4:00 PM – 4:35
Doors: 3:00 PM
Superchunk / Tee Vee Repairman at BC on Tuesday
Hunx & His Punks at BC on Thursday (also back to school night)

Can't confirm any additional movie night picks…too far out.

Same exact set times as the who I saw, with Madeleline Edwards taking the place of Waylon Payne (who is also in Willie's band), Waxahatchee taking the place of Lucinda, and Sheryl Crow taking the place of Wilco.
I would think The Doors would get a little higher billing than the 3 pm lead off spot.

Do you think that joke would get a laugh in a Tim Robinson movie?
As bad as the joke is, it would've been the highlight.

Rilo Kiley

…whose Velvet Lounge show who many years ago I left early because I was only there to see the openers Arlo (who finished early because two of the band members got into a fight and my friend broke it up.)

Arlo is playing U Street on Saturday if you’re looking for a full redemption…

The LA power pop band who broke up shortly after the show I'm referencing?
Or not. Honestly I don’t really know. Maybe you could organize an “Arlo” festival and invite all the Arlo bands.
the faux Arlo is a DJ

the Arlo imposters are a rock n roll trio from southeast MA. "We play the songs you forgot you liked."

the likely defunct Arlo are a hip-hop group from Atlanta

there is also Free Arlo, heyarlo and Arlo McKinley

clearly a battle of the Arlo's is required since we all know Arlo's are known for their fisticuffs
And obviously Arlo Guthrie.
Arlo Parks, anybody?
Maybe Marlo furniture could furnish the green room

I really don’t want to read tomorrow: “saw guy outside who looked like hutch on tickets wearing goofy  farrells ice cream parlor hat but was too shy to say hi…will we ever meet?”

You will be there outside?

If we could land Cee-Lo and J-Lo as honorary surprise headliners that would be swell.
