I'm guessing that the new venue in SW that'll open up will be a perfect venue for a band like Faith No More when it opens. Bigger but not too big. More accessible to DC folks than Merriweather. I love Merriweather but during the week it's really prohibitive for me.

I will probably be wearing a widespread panic shirt that has a gorilla on the front, or the widespread panic blue indian shirt. im sure, nobody else in the entire venue will have a widespread panic shirt on, and ill probably get beat up for wearing it.

When you get to Merriweather, bring your photo ID along with your FWB card (electronic is fine) to the 9:30 Club tent, located just inside the South/Main entrance gates. They can give you your 2 VIP deck passes. We've attached a map so you can see where the VIP deck area is on site. Quick note: These passes are in addition to your ticket, they don't get you entrance into the show; they're for the VIP deck.
What is the VIP Deck you ask? VIP is located to the side of the pavilion-it's a great place to hang, catch some of the show on monitors, grab a drink with little to no line or take advantage of the special VIP deck restrooms.
No need to RSVP for this one. We already have you on the list.
