What Are You Listening To?

God, it can't be good…for either of those ratios.

I will say that Ween shows over the years have definitely seen an uptick in hot women in the audience…but I can't see the same happening here.

What do you guys reckon the male to female ratio at the Dead Milkmen show will be?

About the same as the dork to non-dork ratio?
Personally, I have absolutely no interest in hot chicks. Don't care about the dork factor. Have given up being concerned about the hot guy factor long ago since it usually means that it would be a gay show. Being straight, that doesn't do me any good; however, it would probably mean that I'd have a damn good time. Ultimately, for me, it makes no difference anymore. I'm there for the music. Wish I could be there for the Dead Milkmen but it's just too far away.

I don't care what anyone says, it's a nice surprise when you go to a show and there are some decent looking women there rather than a bunch of comic book looking fellows.

riyl - old Black Keys
regardless of who is there, i'll just be happy that i am there.  did think about listening to old albums to prepare, but to me . . . that is like watching a trailer for a movie, before you watch the same movie.

and i do enjoy the fact, that we have had no winter this year, except on the weekend the dead milkmen are playing.  some people out where i live are calling for 1-2 inches . . . or 6-10 inches.  so my drive home on sunday morning might be my own personal "bitching camaro" song story.
I know this album was super fluffed a few years ago but never got around to listening… Finally did over the weekend and it's fuckin' awesome.

Your crazy youthful vernacular confuses me.  What does "super fluffed" mean?  I checked with valuable interweb resources such as http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=fluffing but still don't know what you mean.

The Meters first one.. man I just love Modeliste.. maybe my favorite drummer.

Whats funny is I'm listening to a cheap Scorpio reissue LP and for whatever reason it sounds really good.
