The board has inspired me to be on a David Bowie/Ride listening kick this week.

i love that pale blue dots stuff. bunf had been quietly dropping more and more classic songs on recent sfa albums but i think hes just starting to really develop his own style. lots of batshit takes on elo in there to my ears. shame its getting next to no attention. itll be interesting to see what he comes up with whenever he starts writing with gruff again
sfa's my favorite band so i want them back together as soon as possible but the side projects have made the hiatus manageable. have you heard cian's solo albums? i was really surprised how much i liked them. didnt think his vocals would hold my interest over an entire album.
i watched american interior last week. cool movie. even spotted myself in one crowd shot as well as one short interview.

Excellent piece this morning on NPR regard American Interior Gruff's project. I was never quite clear as to what he was up to based on the twitter feed, but will definitely check out his film now… What a great story about his ancestor in America

This is one of my Top 10 "HYPE ME UP" songs of all time. That build up at the end. Classic.
Is it just me or does Zach sort kind of like Elmer Fudd when he is singing? :)
I don't hear it. Maybe when he's mad? Maybe more of the guy…. dang it… Daffy? Was Daffy the one who said "SUFFERIN SUCKATAZZ!!!"
NP: Gary Clark Jr. "Bright Lights" <- still wish his album kicked more ass. But his songs that do kick ass, do kick ass.

Why must this place be ruled with an iron fist?
Seriously, what was wrong with the discussion in the other thread?

I do find it rather odd that a forum of a web site based on a medium that is very heavily involved and opinionated in politics and the values of a society (or lack thereof) seems to be run in a manner that all but bans discussions of that nature. I really do not see that anyone involved in the discussion was even close to getting out of hand. Oh well I'll go back to my beautiful little life here behind my keyboard and carry on.

We are only human and I was asked if I felt it was time for a time out and I agreed… Some times it's just best to nip things in the bud… Plus those who watch over this place have work stuff to deal with on top of this forum
