If Trump gets killed he will become a martyr and more popular than ever. It would be an absolute disaster for this country. Trumpists including his sons would win the presidency.

that's certainly a possible outcome, but TBD if trumpism is transferable to anyone else. it's a cult of personality, not of ideas. the most obvious stand-in for trump right now is vance… who hasn't been entirely embraced by MAGA. big fat TBD on whether he'd be able to fill donold's shoes. maybe there will be a schism, like in islam after the prophet died?

I've always felt that 'Trumpism' only works with Donald and there has been yet to be another person who can fill that role to his base
I think Vance has about as much pull as Pence…which is not much. But Vance is a little better with the snark than Pence, so I think his base might like him a little bit more

Not saying there isn't a new horror right around the corner, but Hatch / Sweetcell are 100% right…there isn't anyone that takes over that movement when he's dead. I don't think that means it disappears overnight, but who can pick that up? His swagless kids? DeSantis? Be serious…you can say a lot about Trump and be right 999% of the time, but he does have a certain something that riles up the swine, and none of these other pretends comes close. They're riding his coattails.

Reggae is one of those genres where collecting on cd is the way to go. The Trojan two cd compilations are the greatest. 46 songs on this for example. It would cost $500 to find these on vinyl if you even could.
