It's a good album but based on one listen it's sounds very disjointed… first impression is it's like it could be a collection of tracks left off previous albums. I generally like albums where tracks vary, but this ones all over the map and not sequenced very well…

I bought the new albums by Mice Parade and Pela at Soundgarden for $1 each. After one listen, Mice Parade merits a "C+" and Pela merits a "B".

For $1? How? Pela's new CD is very good!

The Mice Parade is a promo copy. The Pela may be as well, not sure. It's missing the front cover artwork and pullout whatever you call it.

The guy sings a little too much like the Arcade Fire singer or Black Francis at times, but when he tones down the voice, it sounds good.
