Fuck 'em! They like a lot of stuff I can't stand, so there.

Just finished listening to the entire album. A few tracks didn't do it for me but most were pretty good. I too really loved that track. He seems at his best when he allows himself to gaze out on his guitar; otherwise, he has to concentrate on his voice which is not his strong point.

Phosphorescent - Muchacho

After multiple listens now, I dig it… A few snoozer tracks, but it's a good listen IMO.

whoops!

thanks folks.
New Knife album is genuinely great and will be in my top 5 but I miss the fun elements of Deep Cuts
Nick Cave's new one..

reminiscing about his show at the Strathmore…boy, that show is going to be hard to top…
Yes it is.

Listening to LCD Soundsystem to commemorate the 2 year anniversary of the Madison Square Garden show (right up there with Nick Cave…)

you know its funny you say that because I'd put the LCD Soundsystem show I saw at MPP right up there with the recent Nick Cave show…

I think the Stooges at the 930, LCD and Cave shows may be the best three shows I've seen the past 5-6 years…but of course I've seen many great shows… but those come to mind…
