was he on drugs?!  ive seen Dylan live plenty of times, and that was . . . the oddest performance ive ever seen by him, especially at the end.  and he couldn't do a "hit"?  really.  after being introduced as the greatest songwriter of all time, he does, a cover?

I would say that it falls between Free All Angels and Meltdown in terms of sound.
