What Are You Listening To?

Wind of Change (podcast), an 8-part investigation into the rumor that the CIA, not the Scorpions, wrote the megahit that ended the cold war.
I heard about that!

There has to be an explanation like that cause it’s one of the most horrible songs ever written

Thinking of Klaus Meine singing “…down to Gorky Park” I shudder and get the opposite of goosebumps whatever that is
goosedivots?

A beautiful jazz record..
WKCW 1420 AM
Pretty much all yacht rock all the time.
Serving Fauquier County and maybe Prince William on a clear night.
I drive by the transmitter all the time but I don't think there's anyone in there. No Wolfman Jack, totally automated.

Bowie - Lodger
41 years old!
Shearwater did a fine recreation of the entire album (in one live take), worth checking if so inclined.
New Gaga single with A. Grande, is, mehhh

SO GOOD!

One of my favorites from past decade..so well done

I need to get Vol 2: Van Halen
^ is the guy that dude that produced the last Foo Fighters record?
Don’t know that but I think he has written songs for Adele?
^ I think it's the same guy, had heard that he is a skilled producer.
Sadly I don't have much music on, what with Netflix, newspaper, porn, podcasts, but I dug deep and threw on CATHERINE WHEEL (happy days).  Def hadn't listened to them in past decade+ and was into them for a minute and a half back whenever.  Anyway solid LP.    Great random choice.

Blue Jays are, the devil's bird. Bastards, they are. They steal; they monopolize; they fight; they screw over other birds.  They, are flying humans.
Miles and Trane boxset + A Tribute to Jack Johnson
For a split second, I was thinking why would anyone do a tribute to Jack Johnson.  Then my brain started to kick in and now I feel better.

The new Lucinda Williams

The second song ends up sounding like Luna.
