I was prepared the give this the benefit of the doubt when I heard about this project, but I have to say, I don't care much for the way this sounds. The guitar tones sound very sterile & digital, and Taylor Hanson still sounds like…Taylor Hanson in 1997. I also wish the hook was better and there was more Iha.

when you rate songs on your ipod, does it get transferred back to itunes? i remember a few years ago the stars wouldn't transfer…

Yeah…not sure if its a new(er) feature, but it does if you set up iTunes to auto-sync. I've ever noticed I doign it without the auto-sync on my wife's iPod.

and it appears that the new pet shop boys album ("yes") is out and about… but haven't been able to track it down yet. there is/will be a double-album version of it, the second album being made up of dub remixes. i hope they tour again soon.
