Been fixating on certain songs, not records because I have a short attention span these days:
Ruen Brothers; All My Shades of Blue
The Darkness; I Believe in a Thing Called Love
Springsteen, Growin' Up from the Live 75/85 record
The Records; Starry Eyes
Hop Along, Sister Cities.
Posies, Solar Sister.
Send help.

8 Miles high - Hüsker Dü
Over and over…very loud on the way into work this morning
Mould's wailing like he's giving birth and hart slamming on the skins like they kidnapped his child
pure bliss

Yeah, Husker Du never, ever gets old for me. I put on New Day Rising the other day…sorry to be a dick and be "that" guy, but what new music being released sounds that urgent, primal, and visceral? Then again, rock is pretty much dead.

The 2 shows I've seen this year were freakin' fantastic. I can't wait for this one.

I'm seeing sets with 35 songs!
1 hour opening set.
Usually at 30-minute break.
1 hour (or a little more) second set.
Then about 40 to 45 minutes of encores.
