I'm sorry, but there's something creepy about a dad talking to his seven year old girl about masturbation. That's mom's department, and she does it well.
That said, if I had a seven year old son, I'd have no problem talking to him about the glories of masturbation.

beck's new song. its good, and back to form beyond that snorefest of a last album.
Sorority Noise - Joy, Departed

dug through 5 boxes of junk vinyl in a hot barn to get to this.
recorded in philly & muscle shoals.

every once in a while i like a snorefest album..but it is rare… i think beck's was the best thing he's ever done……some of the string arrangements by his dad are wonderful..its really a very pink floydian album. i think it won the grammy for best album of the year…once in a while they get it right
i'm listening to anita o'day..a cd compilation…part of the diva series…pretty good stuff….though i tend to not be a fan of comps…

not as 'out there' as his more infamous releases, but a more satisfying listen overall.
My Monday playlist:
Bully - Feels Like
Wolf Alice - My Love is Cool
Unholy Two - Talk About Hardcore
Mitski - Bury Me At Makeout Creek

or as I like to call it - neil young 'in dub'.
to my ears, his last good set of tunes.
cool trippy dvd of alternate takes out there too.

heard of, but never actually heard until this morning.
amazing, but then i'm always late to the party.
found this vinyl reissue in bin of RSD leftovers in PGH this weekend.

went to see the rolling stones @ heinz field in pittsburgh (great show and setlist) and found this at 'the attic' in millvale along with gbv 'isolation drills' on clear blue, the new built to spill w/free cd copy, 45 of stones 'happy'/'all down the line' w/weird tongue sleeve and an o.p. of bowie's 'space oddity' lp w/21x28 color poster of cover shot.
if that's what 'what?' was…
