wow, there's someone i haven't thought of is years… toby = (richard wright) x (electronica).

one of me all-time fav tracks, off of a compilation series called "feed your head", is Qurna (Haj Ali's Birthday Mix).  many hours went up in smoke listening to those comps.  off to go dig through crates of physical media in the basement to unearth these old gems…
Versus – Ex Voto
The Cure - Edinburgh 5-16-81

Unfortunately only half of the show is on this great bootleg

Kind of excited to find this for $5 at a record store

Lovely stuff
Tyler Childers - Purgatory

Definitely reminds me a bit of Steve Earle
Especially For You. .the Smithereens

This was a big hit on my college radio station but I was too into British stuff at the time to appreciate it

Picked it up at a library sale Sinday, really enjoying it 33 years late.
Gem of an album…their best

Still waiting for my Drift Box Set…from what I have heard sounds killer…it’s all on YouTube FYI
Girl in Red
My copy of Drift Songs 1 Box set was waiting for me when I got back from Miami a week ago

Have you guys heard about this project? I guess it was originally released one song a week (that’s how much time they took per song) with a short movie video via their website

Anyways this box set is basically five underworld albums, a blue ray with like 30 videos , a bonus cd and the one disc sampler..I ordered early from their website and my copy is signed

It’s great…a total return to form…one of the most creative impressive works of music I have heard…if you liked these guys but stopped following them I recommend this box…it’s like an entire music world to explore
Randomly listening, to songs by Alanis Morissette and then, Pearl Jam.  They're the same, band.
Isn’t that ironic

I thrift-stored this Rhino  - Faces 4 CD Boxset for $1.00.

AllMusic Review by Stephen Thomas Erlewine  [-]

There has never been a better box set than the Faces' Five Guys Walk into a Bar…. There has never been a box that captures an artist so perfectly, nor has a box set taken greater advantage of unreleased and rare material, to the point where it seems as essential and vital as the released recordings. Simply put, there's never been a box set as necessary as this, since it tells the band's entire tale and explains exactly what the fuss is all about.
Seriously? That is an amazing price

Incredible set
