What Are You Listening To?

Jaks - Here lies the body of Jaks
mid-90s punk from Katrina Ford and Sean Antanaitis of Celebration (before they lived in Baltimore)
Lovedied - ✞ ?ᴍӎ▲ↄʊᴌ8 ✞
I am not sure how I missed this one.
R I P

max richter - sleep
i'm asleep right now.
Landing - Body Diffuser

Kind of a drag that he/Waxahatchee, Michael Chapman/Ryley Walker and Yowler are all on the same night.
That is also the same night as Which Magic playing as a trio with her Wing Dam band mates (I know I am probably the only person on here who cares about that).  I have not decided what show I want to go to that day yet…

Currently jamming:
Thrushes - Exposing Seas
Next up:
New Order - Music Complete
Black Wing - …Is Doomed
Microkingdom - 3 Compositions in No Jazz
I'm amazed that on this thread all people seem to listen to is NEW stuff…

anyways I was listening to T Rex's Light of Love LP on Casablanca..
the Cure - The Head on the Door  8) 8) 8) 8)

now that's a good one…

if I was ever to meet Robert smith i'd have to go buy the LP and get him to sign that …
I am working my way through their discography.  I was more of a "greatest hits" fan and decided to check out the rest of their tunes, in order.  This is my third day of doing that while also listening to newer music.  I just haven't posted all the albums as I heard them.
well.. a few of the Cure albums really work better as albums than anything else..Disintegration is the best example..such a mood piece….but same goes for Pornography, Seventeen Seconds….the one that came right before or after Seconds…oh yah FAITH..so good

I also really like Boys Don't Cry as an album though its not an album actually….Three Imaginary Boys is the album..different style though
The notes I wrote on Facebook about it:

Three Imaginary Boys - horrible
Seventeen Seconds - no thanks
Faith - better; almost pretty good
Pornography - great
the Top - great
The Head on the Door - also great (awesome three album run right there…)
Kiss Me, Kiss Me, Kiss Me - GARBAGE. Other than Just Like Heaven (a personal favorite) I can barely get through any of their songs… WTF… And this is a fan favorite? I still have to finish the last five songs, I gave up on it.
Disintegration - currently listening. I am enjoying it so far. Way better than Kiss Me.
