Squeeze - Singles – 45's and Under
hmm, solid contender.  I mentioned this a few weeks back and got zero traction
Okay, I'll say this: for 1 LP it's Singles Going Steady; for 2 it's Snap! (except for Chronicle, which is in it's own untouchable catagory)

Maybe the greatest “Greatest Hits” ever?!?

I am saying it.

I see your "Substance" and I raise you "Snap!".

yeah, I'm going with "Staring at the Sea" CD edition

"Standing On A Beach" cassette edition contained the LP on one side and the B-sides on the other. Best GH tape ever.
hmm, I saw that on the wiki page and there is a great table that compares the three formats
but my take is while this is cool to get all those extra song, I don't know if many of them are 'great'  (frankly I know few of them)
but 10:15, play for today, night like this, and other voices (the extra cd songs) are stone cold classics

The Bob Dylan setlist was amazing…really reaching around his catalog …desolation row, blind Willie mctell, don’t think twice, soon after midnight….too bad I couldn’t see him but that’s life being a boboholic….he banged away at piano once in a while and played harmonica about five times…I was surprised how much I enjoyed his set

We await Willie Nelson who I feel like tonight is about….92 years young…
Oh yeah saw boardie RichWDC here
Willie about to enter..they are playing the video for the Promised land…quite a statement in these times

i swear i tuned into 96.7 yesterday and there was music. there was nothing for months.

considering they had a yard sale on all their studio equipment, I think the signal is coming from beyond the moon

Boy cd one of this box is so good! What a great band. It’s all b-sides, singles that didn’t make albums and rarities including acoustic versions of classics.

75 year old 10” LP. About as old as an LP can get. This comes from the Voice of America collection making the rounds at area thrift stores. I think I have another copy somewhere but this is in a bit better shape:

Piaf and Billie Holiday were both born in 1915 and there are a lot of parallels between the two, arguably the greatest singers their country produced.

Diving into the output of Holland-Dozier-Holland with their one of their post Motown labels Hotwax.  Many tasty tracks here

Especially enjoying the Honey Cone and 100 Proof Aged in Soul singles from that one

Now listen to a collection from Invictus the other label started by HDH and besides Frida Payne's "Band Of Gold" seeing some Northern Soul favorites on that label.

and clearly HDH have no issues with licensing this output to many UK labels
