I listened to a couple of tracks off of the Courtney Barnett/Kurt Vile album and it reminded me that I'd rather listen to the worst track by Hiss Golden Messenger 100 times over Kurt Vile singing his "best" song one time.

The new St. Vincent is pretty good, if at times a but same-y and too mainstream.

And basically any time I'm riding in the car with my 10 year old, I'm forced to listen to Taylor Swift's "Red" album, and am not allowed to listen to any of my own music.
